Ana Fernandez was born on May 19 1963 in Valencina de la Concepcion Seville Andalucia Spain. Since then, she's starred in ABC's Suburgatory and The TBS's People of Earth NBC's American Auto in addition to the movie Mean Girls. Gasteyer started her career in Northwestern University. The same spirit was carried to her performances in the roles of Sheila Shay, the overly-controlling character on Suburgatory and Karen Grisham the agent on Lady Dynamite. It's all been leading up to American Auto, the NBC sitcom that finally gives Ana Gasteyer the starring role she's always deserved. Her most notable role is her tenure as a cast member on Saturday Night Live, the NBC sketch comedy show Saturday Night Live from 1996 to 2002. In the years since, she has been a part of sitcoms like ABC's Suburgatory and TBS's People of Earth NBC's American Auto and the film Mean Girls. Ana Gasteyer's professional career was dedicated towards American Auto. Martha, Inc., The Story of Martha Stewart 2003 and Martha, Behind Bars, 2005 were both inspired by Gasteyer's life. Cybill Shepard played her in both films.
